TRAVEL POLICY

Erin Liza Photography is based in Des Moines, Iowa and available for travel throughout the Midwest and beyond. Travel is available for all sessions, including weddings, branding, seniors, couples, and family sessions.

Local Travel

  • Travel within 30 miles of Des Moines is included in all session pricing

Extended Midwest Travel

  • Locations beyond 30 miles are charged at $0.75 per mile (round trip)

  • Travel fees may vary depending on distance and session type

Domestic & Destination Travel

For sessions requiring flights, lodging, or extended travel, the following will apply:

  • Client is responsible for round-trip flights

  • Client is responsible for lodging accommodations

  • Client is responsible for rental cars or local transportation if needed

  • A travel day rate may apply depending on location and duration of stay

Travel costs will always be discussed and approved prior to booking to ensure full transparency.
